Women Leadership Awards 2021

WE AIM is formed based on the need to have focus incubation ecosystem in manufacturing sector for women. We are seeing good response where the enterprises are accepted by women that are in their proximity while the support from experts is shared as and when they require. WE AIM is
backed by industry stalwarts who have volunteered to be the Mentors with around ten enterprises nominated for acceleration. Understanding the needs of women who do not want to take up employment but create employment for others we have made a flexible incubation access to them and that too in manufacturing sector. WE AIM unlike other incubation centers is not promoting any work spaces or single infrastructure facility where one has to register and attend. The objectives to Reach, Collaborate, Facilitate and Accelerate businesses are met with models promoted by WE AIM .

Women manufacturers incubation needs a dynamic new approach all together .Incubators should should not complicate extension process rather address simple solutions for women entrepreneurs and aspiring women entrepreneurs . Ideas are intellectual goods too these days and needs to be nurtured .We perceive women in India to make in India at different levels beyond the lab and the land boundaries- at home level, at community center level, at industrial land level . Our country’s manufacturing share is still only 16 % of the total GDP and women are 50% by population, in this context there is a need to have gender specific inclusive approach to nurture women to become manufactures at above 3 levels to add on to the increase of GDP Share Our Manufacturing incubator will extend support in several modalities-innovation stage ,process mentorship ,growth stage, acceleration stage, market linkages , strategy infusion apart from funding linkages ,Much before we speak of ease of doing business for women entrepreneurs , currently in our state and country
majority women are seeking support even for how to start a manufacturing business , also how to scale their existing businesses .WE AIM 2022 is our goal declaration of incubating 1 lakh women entrepreneurs cum intrapreneurs in manufacturing sector.
